About Victoria:
Yoga means different things to different people. My focus is on using yoga, breathwork and mini meditation to build tools that can be integrated into everyday life. ADHD can lead to an increased level of cortisol which is soothed by the tools of yoga. We can work on flow, strength, chakra based classes, immune boosting and many other areas. I have also taught parent/child sessions and meditation for kids.
My sessions are client lead and modular. We will work out modules that suit you and your needs be they movement/looking at moderating racing thoughts, breath or all three.
I work in 10 minute sections with a break between each. Our total coaching time will be pre agreed and flexible. I work online or in person in my home studio.
I am a Yoga Coach, Psychology Grad and a trained Counsellor. I have been on the Board of MIND in Kingston and MENCAP.
I live in Southampton, I have only fairly recently been diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD and I am Autistic.
1-2-1 Remote Yoga Session
- 30 minutes in person or online £45
- 45 minutes in person or online £60
- 10 minute intro online session to discuss classes £20
