As a qualified coach, I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating the complex intersection of ADHD and addiction. Diagnosed with combined ADHD at 42, two years after my daughter’s late diagnosis at 17, I understand firsthand the challenges of living with undiagnosed ADHD.
My journey included developing coping mechanisms, including addictions that played a significant role in my life. Discovering the high correlation between ADHD and addiction, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping others understand and overcome these struggles from an ADHD perspective.
I’m passionate about normalizing the conversation around ADHD and addiction. If you’re struggling with substance use and suspect undiagnosed ADHD might be a factor, remember you are not alone. More than half of late-diagnosed individuals have developed substance use disorders.
My coaching combines over 15 years of expertise in talent, leadership, and EDI with personal experience and deep empathy. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, create strategies for managing ADHD symptoms, and explore pathways to recovery from addiction. Let’s build a fulfilling life where you can thrive.
Session Details:
I offer both 60 and 90-minute virtual, one-to-one coaching sessions tailored to adults and young adults (18+) with ADHD.
My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe in building upon your unique talents and skills to create lasting change. To start, I provide a free strengths assessment to identify your superpowers. We then use this foundation to develop a personalized coaching plan that leverages your strengths, rather than dwelling on perceived weaknesses.
I specialise in helping clients navigate the complex relationship between ADHD and addiction. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of addictive behaviours and unhealthy coping mechanisms, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to break free from the cycle. My focus is on understanding why your brain behaves in a certain way, and then developing strategies to manage your ADHD while cultivating healthy habits.
Pricing:
My coaching sessions start from £150*, with discounted packages available for multiple sessions. I am committed to making coaching accessible and will work with you to find a payment plan or explore options like Access to Work grants where possible.
