Neal Mankey Coaching – Chair at ADHD UK

Neal is Chair at ADHD UK and also Director for the Health and Social Impact Practice at Veredus, an executive search company where he works with the NHS and Third sector clients in appointing their executive and non-executive teams.

He was diagnosed with ADHD in early 2020 which helped answer a lot of questions about certain traits, behaviours, feelings and emotions and has helped him work with his ADHD as opposed to against it. Neal is an ICF accredited coach having completed a coaching diploma with Optimus Coach Academy that focuses on psychology and neuroscience by helping individuals fulfil their true potential. He is also a Mental Health First Aider.

In his role as Chair at ADHD UK Neal has played a key part in helping the charity raise its profile within the corporate world as well lobbying for change. He has conducted talks on ADHD to the likes of Deloitte, Capita, Lloyds, Natwest Banking Group, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, The Ministry of Defence and The Healthcare Peoples Management Association.
