I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported just as you are. My coaching is heart-centred and trauma-informed, designed to meet you with empathy, not pressure. I understand that healing and personal growth look different for everyone—especially for those who are neurodivergent or have experienced trauma.
This is not about quick fixes or pushing through. It’s about gently uncovering what’s holding you back, understanding your patterns, and building sustainable tools to help you thrive. Whether you’re neurotypical or neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, etc.), I adapt my approach to honour your unique mind, nervous system, and lived experience.
