I am a certified ADHD Coach by ADDCA, which is an accredited ICF training academy specialized for ADHD Coaching, with AACC. An equivalent of ACC by ICF. At the moment I am continuing education with coaching courses by University of Oxford and continuing education courses by Dr Russle Barkly on ADHD in Adults and Oppositional Defiant Disorder ODD.
As a coach who was diagnosed with ADHD at a later stage of my life, I experienced many transformational journeys myself while being coached by a certified ADHD coach.
- Session Details:
I claim to put genuine efforts into supporting people with ADHD who to this day are not provided with the needed support by the medical and social societies or at the workplace. My philosophy is that the first transformational journey will be understanding your ADHD and how it is affecting your life. By coming to terms with your ADHD you will be able to manage it. You are what you are supposed to be, even if the world is different.
While I find it extremely important to navigate first their ADHD symptoms and focus on helping them understand their own ADHD and how it is affecting their life. I work with my clients on several areas such as:
- Emotional regulations
- Healthier self-esteem
- ADHD in Women
- ADHD in the workplace
- Planning and management skills
- Relationships and clearer judgment
- Time management skills
- A greater sense of self-efficacy
- Studying: Sixth Form and University levels
