James Farrell

James is  warm, curious, and genuine, with a natural ability to connect to people. James helps people grow in confidence and happiness, and take action for themselves, their communities, and the planet.

 

James is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. His approach to coaching includes working with mindset and mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment. James is a qualified qualified Mental Health Coach, and has certifications and accreditations in ADHD coaching from the Association for Coaching, and the Association for Psychological Therapies, among many other relevant qualifications. He also specialises in ’nature based coaching’ – where he brings his evidence and experience to clients outdoors, in order to enhance their calmness, creativity and compassion.

 

James brings experience from working as a leader in various organisational and consulting roles, including business and change management, operations, partnership, environment and health. In his spare time James loves nature, music and surfing.

 

Session Details:

 

James works with adults one to one, or in small groups. This is either remotely by Zoom or phone; or by arrangement face to face.

James also offers to work with clients outdoors, where being in nature can greatly benefit our wellbeing, creativity and perspective on life.

Pricing:  

 

Coaching sessions for individuals are priced at £120 per 50 minute session. Discounts are available for multiple sessions, and James offers some sessions for low-income clients.

James’ company donates 2% to Gold Standard climate and nature projects worldwide.

Availability: 

 

In general, James is available for coaching sessions between the following times:

Mondays: 0930 – 1830

Tuesday – Friday: 0730 – 0830 and 17:30 – 1830

Saturdays: 0900 – 1100
