My journey with ADHD has been one of discovery, growth, and self-awareness. For many years, I lived under a series of misdiagnoses, until I finally received the correct diagnosis of ADHD in my final year of university. That moment was a turning point; it helped me understand and accept myself and set me on a path of learning and personal development.
Driven by a desire to help others feel understood and empowered, coaching became a natural next step, allowing me to support others as they navigate their own ADHD experiences. I combine my lived experience with a professional background in marketing to offer a coaching style that’s both structured and flexible, creating space for clarity, growth, and lasting change.
I am known for my strong organisational skills, which I balance with empathy and adaptability, ensuring that every session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. My academic background in Modern Languages and my mixed cultural heritage allow me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I’m particularly passionate about supporting people to explore how ADHD shows up across different cultures, genders, and identities. In addition to my coaching work, I continuously expand my knowledge in areas such as mental health, equality in the workplace, and nutrition, to name a few, which allows me to offer a holistic and inclusive coaching space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Whether you’re looking for help structuring your time, managing relationships, navigating your career, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore your strengths, tackle your challenges, and find practical ways to move toward the life you want.
