Izzie Le Marchant

£70 per session (package available)

My name is Izzie Le Marchant (she/her), and I am an ADHD coach based in Herefordshire. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and have since developed a passion for helping adults with ADHD manage their symptoms, practice self-compassion, and foster resilience. I have a first-hand understanding of how difficult life with ADHD can be, and I am here to help you through it. My coaching is a safe, non-judgemental, and inclusive space for people of all identities, whether formally diagnosed or not. My focus is on helping you build practices of self-care, self-compassion, and working with your ADHD, not against it!

I am a fully qualified ADHD coach with an accredited award in ADHD Coaching from the Association for Coaching. I have a BSc in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Exeter, and an MA in Human Rights from UCL.

In my coaching, I focus on fostering self-compassion and providing psycho-education. My priority is on making sure my clients feel comfortable and safe around me.
I truly love being able to help people with ADHD feel supported and to help them be kinder to themselves!

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call for new clients so that we can meet and discuss what you are looking for.

My sessions are 50 minutes and can be weekly, fortnightly, or as needed.

Pricing:

£70 per session.

If booked in a bundle of 6 sessions, one will be free (£350 instead of £420).

I want ADHD coaching to be accessible to everyone, so if you are unable to afford my coaching, please contact me anyway as I may be able to offer subsidised services.
