Passionate ADHD Coach, Multidisciplinary Artist, and EDI Trainer/Consultant

I am committed to supporting individuals and communities to unlock their full potential, particularly those who feel isolated, unheard, or unseen. As an enthusiastic leader, I champion representation for all—especially women, the global majority, the working class, caregivers, and neurodiverse individuals.

As a Clore Leadership Programme 2022/3 alumna, I leverage my leadership experience to foster inclusive environments where diversity thrives. My work spans the power of global dance and creativity, using it as a tool for connection, celebration, and learning across our ethnically diverse Britain.

A Personal Journey with ADHD
My personal experience with ADHD has greatly influenced my work as a coach. I understand the challenges—from focus struggles to managing everyday tasks—but I also recognise the unique strengths ADHD can offer, such as creativity, resilience, and adaptability. As I became more self-aware and educated myself about my “beautiful brain,” I was able to embrace these qualities. This understanding now forms the foundation of my coaching, where I help clients celebrate their neurodiversity and realise their full potential.

Professional Expertise and Training
A recent graduate of the International ADD Coaching Academy, I combine formal training with over a decade of mentoring experience, particularly within the creative industries. I work with clients to harness their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop practical strategies for success in their personal and professional lives.

Inclusive and Empowering Coaching
Drawing from my lived experiences and diverse background, I offer ADHD coaching that acknowledges the complexities of identity and neurodiversity. I provide tailored support that empowers clients to navigate their challenges and unlock their strengths in a culturally sensitive, inclusive environment.

Background and Qualifications
With over 20 years of experience in the arts, dance, and community sectors, I specialise in community engagement, African Diaspora and Contemporary Dance (Improvisation, Choreography), Yoga Instruction, and Teacher Training. I am a co-founder of an award-winning cultural arts charity, and I have been recognised with honours such as the Black History Month Female in Business Award and the One Dance UK Trailblazer Award. I am also an associate with the Anthony Walker Foundation and AMIOKAA, where I lead initiatives in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), driving systemic change and fostering inclusive practices.

Looking Ahead
Through ADHD coaching, dance and community outreach, I am focused on removing barriers, reducing inequalities, and co-creating joyful, solution-oriented pathways for personal and collective growth. I’m excited to connect with like-minded professionals for collaboration and partnerships, particularly producers from the global majority who understand and support the needs of neurodiverse creatives.
