£50 for a one off 45 minute coaching session (package available)

As a qualified ADHD coach I am passionate about supporting others to navigate the challenges that can arise both professionally and personally whilst living with ADHD. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be when you don’t feel good enough, when you just can’t get done what others seem to do so easily and constantly feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life.

Having spent 20 years in a corporate role it wasn’t until my son was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD that I started to understand more about myself and why I have faced so many difficulties throughout my life. Having lived a life of anxiety, overwhelm and burnout I finally understood why. I could finally forgive myself for the difficulties I have faced and start to let go of my perfectionism and find a new way of living.

Through our coaching session we can build strategies to move you towards your goals so that life feels more in control, you can start to overcome challenges and feel more in control of the every day.

I will create a safe space to listen, challenge and keep you accountable on each step of the journey.

My aim is to unlock your true self so you can be the best version of YOU!

  • Are you often overwhelmed?
  • Do you find yourself unable to start tasks?
  • Do you often burnout?

Support for Parents

I know firsthand how hard it can be to raise neurodivergent children, how ‘normal parenting’ just doesn’t work, how much is involved fighting for your children and how much stress this can put you under as a neurodiverse parent. I am passionate about supporting parents of neurodiverse children navigate their day to day challenges whilst still looking after their own health and wellbeing.
