I am an ADHD coach, consultant, teacher and trainer. I have a special interest in Adult ADHD and how it affects our quality of life and wellbeing. As more older people like me are diagnosed, we are realising the impact that the condition has had on our lives. Coaching is such a positive, practical experience and I see this as a great opportunity for us learn and grow together.

Qualifications:

Experienced coach with ILM L5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring
Active member of the Association for Coaching
Provider of the first accredited ADHD coach training course in the UK

Coaching:

£75 per session

Accredited Award in ADHD Coach Training:

£1500 per person

This live online course comprises 35 hours of tutor led, interactive, practice based delivery using Zoom. The course is supported by 20 hours of self study which is accessed through our easy to use Canvas platform. The qualification is accredited by the Association for Coaching and this ensures high quality, up to date content and delivery by an experienced tutor.

Outside of the class time participants will complete 6 hours of coaching with a client of their choice and write reflective logs about the experience.

In addition to the course content and ADHD Coaching qualification, participants will have one year’s free membership of the Association for Coaching with access to its resources, webinars, forums and networks.
