Limiting beliefs impact every aspect of our lives. They slow down our success and can even put a halt to it altogether! Whether you have relationship, work, or fitness goals your limiting beliefs will be holding you back.
In this workshop you will conquer the 5 easy steps to replacing the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. You will learn strategies and techniques used in ADHD coaching to replace them with empowering, actionable beliefs that will help you to reach your goals.
The workshop is ADHD friendly, hands on, interactive and will be personal to your limiting beliefs. Together with your newly taught skills we will work through real world strategies to overcome those limiting beliefs. Leaving room for progress and growth in their place.

I am an ADHD Educator and Certified Life Coach that is passionate about helping people with ADHD. I am undergoing a late diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 33 and am keen to share the strategies and techniques that have transformed how I live with my ADHD.
