Hi there, I’m Lisa, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC).
I’m ADHD, Autistic and gifted (2e or twice exceptional as it’s known), which means that my brain works at warp speed, I’m endlessly curious and often disappear down rabbit holes.
Being Neurodivergent can present challenges in the workplace – believe me, I know! I made it to my 40s below the radar, masking unwittingly, only recognising my struggles when our son was diagnosed. Now I’ve been studying Neurodivergence for almost a decade, I see that it was so obvious all along. How different life might have been if I’d understood my unique brain and received the right support to help me thrive rather than feeling like I could never get it ‘quite right’ and working myself to exhaustion many times over.
That’s why I trained as a Neurodiversity Coach. I’ll help you develop strategies to build on your strengths and overcome your challenges associated with Neurodivergence so you can thrive.
Before coaching, I trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, working in Corporate Finance for many years – a senior female in a very male-dominated sector. After moving into industry, I held roles across Finance, HR and Operations including Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. I’ve worked in businesses and managed teams of every size. I set up my consulting and coaching business in 2020.

You don’t have to work with me following an intro call. If we don’t feel that we’d be a good fit, I have a wide network of Coaches and can recommend someone who might be.

Coaching and mentoring details
After the intro call, sessions are 50 minutes and held over Zoom or by phone.
Sessions are always client led and I’m there to support your thinking rather than tell you what to do but I’ll also share some quizzes to help you understand your strengths and struggles better when you’re setting your goals for the coaching sessions.
I’ll help you to create a toolkit of strategies, so you feel confident managing future challenges beyond the coaching agreement.
I use electronic reminders to help you stay on track for the sessions.
If you’re newly diagnosed and would just like some information, advice and an opportunity to ask questions, I offer mentoring sessions as well.
