I’m Pippa, a Chartered Coaching Psychologist based in Hertfordshire. My professional background is in secondary education; I have over 20 years of experience, in a variety of settings. In 2016, to achieve further flexibility to support my own neurodiverse children, I joined a local charity as a coach and trainer, working to support parents and professionals who live or work with children who have ADHD / ASD. In 2017 I was diagnosed with ADHD and founded ‘The ADD-vantage’ was founded in 2020, offering support services specifically to women and girls with ADHD symptoms to help them understand and grow into their symptoms. I coach women with ADHD one to one, mentor girls in local schools and train professionals who are working with young people who have ADHD. I have an MSc in Psychology, I am now a chartered member of British Psychological Society. My children, are young adults now I live with them, my husband and our Cockapoo, Oscar. I love baking, theatre, cinema, socialising, eating out, rambling, travelling and exploring new places.
