As an accredited ADHD coach, ILM5 coach and CBT practitioner, I empower (diagnosed and undiagnosed) neurodivergent professional women to find joy in throwing off the mask, and the armour, to lead, love and live authentically, with meaning and purpose. Together, we can create lasting change to not only unlock your ADHD potential but to discover a deeper understanding, and appreciation of your innate strengths, talents and gifts. Transformational change can be even more powerful when we invite nature in to our conversations, unearthing intuition, insights and fresh perspectives.
Session Details: My aim is to empower you to have the courage to live a life true to yourself and not to the expectations of others. In other words, to find joy in throwing off the mask, and the armour, and being your true, authentic and wonderful self, in both your personal and professional life.
As well as online 1:1 coaching, workshops and courses, I also offer walk and talk sessions and ADHD retreats on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck in Dorset. I specialise in supporting late diagnosed women with ADHD, rejection sensitivity dysphoria and emotional dysregulation. As an experienced cancer coach, I have a special interest in working with people who are living with both ADHD and cancer.
My own ADHD life experience has thrown a few curved balls, causing emotionally unhealthy habits which is why your emotional wellbeing is my passion! My professional life has zig zagged through 35 years of sales and management, turning down a job with M16 to become an estate agent and enjoying a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2018 I started performance coaching, followed by leadership coaching and then ADHD coaching. Working with healthcare professionals for over 25 years means many of my clients are from the caring professions, who are great at looking after others but when it comes to their own wellbeing …… well, you know the score!
Lasting, transformational change is difficult alone but together, we can create healthy habits based on meaning, purpose, strengths, values, self compassion, self regulation and calming your inner critic. My love of learning new methods and techniques means your coaching experience is very much based around your needs, instead of a one size fits all approach. Reframing has been my own swiss army knife life skill and, as an appreciative inquiry/Conversations Worth Having practitioner, I can help you cultivate this mindset for yourself. I’m also Brene Brown Dare to Lead trained.
Inspired by a Nature as Co-Facilitator course, outdoors is often where my clients and I have our most meaningful conversations. Nature has so much to teach us! An interest in foraging and herbal medicine means that I often draw on the natural world for inspiration. I’m also a Mental Health Swim host and regular sea swimmer.
Pricing: My rates vary from £65 to £120 per session.
Availability: Generally, I’m available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday. Evenings by arrangement.
Any Additional Offerings: As well as online 1:1 sessions I also facilitate online workshops and courses on topics such as rejection sensitivity dysphoria and emotional regulation. I also run Rewire, Reconnect & Rewild ADHD retreats which combine ADHD group coaching with bushcraft, wild swimming, creativity and nature.
