About Emma: 

After a successful, varied and fast-paced career in sales, PA support and business/staff management, I decided to make a change and start my own business- The VA Workroom. 

For many years, I have provided virtual assistance to a steadily growing number of clients; enabling them to focus on their job, grow their business and reclaim their work-life balance. 

The growth of my business has resulted in working with a diverse range of clients, some of whom were neurodivergent or had a diagnosis of ADHD, as such requiring a little extra support.  I quickly realised providing this type of assistance was a strength of mine and as a result, I have successfully adapted my services to help clients who find it difficult to focus or who can easily be distracted.  This provision can be carried out either remotely or face-to-face, dependant on the clients’ needs and requirements. 

Working with a number of Psychologists over the years I have gained a better understanding of Neurodiversity, ADHD and Dyslexia.  This has enabled me to systematically support business owners and able them to overcome any barriers to reach their full potential. 

An additional service I have developed is the creation of Business Overview Manuals (BOM)- a comprehensive guide to the vision, mission and values of the organisation including all company policy, processes and contacts.  This process can also help businesses identify areas of weakness and potential opportunity.  The BOM is the document that contains everything that everyone in the business needs to know- providing clarity and coherence. 

Based in North Somerset, UK, I welcome enquiries from clients from all over the globe.  The packages I offer are bespoke and specific to each individual.  There’s no challenge too big or too small and I believe anything is possible.

*£30.00 per hour, minimum 3x hours- £90.00 monthly retainer 

*Free 30-minute consultation 

*BOM start from £1500, with monthly payment plans available 

MARKETPLACE- WORKSHOP 

A series of 6 online sessions, 1 hour duration, with a handout at the end of each session and a worksheet so you can explore areas you potentially need further support with. 

The first overview session is free, with the further 5 sessions at £40 each.
