Juliet is a certified productivity coach and study skills expert, with several years’ experience of helping students, professionals and entrepreneurs to develop time management, organising and vital skills.
An Oxford graduate with an academic teaching background, Juliet taught social sciences and study skills at the Open University for 14 years. She trained as a coach at CTI to understand more about the role of motivation in teaching and learning and set up her own consultancy JLP Coach in 2008. She completed specialist training in chronic disorganisation and ADHD, and enjoys coaching clients from diverse backgrounds, including many affected by ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity.
In addition to running her coaching practice, Juliet is also one of the UK’s leading professional organisers. As head of training for APDO Association for Professional Declutterers & Organisers, she wrote the 1st UK training courses for professional organisers. And recently she founded the Academy of Virtual Organising to train and mentor organisers working online.
Juliet has written two books:
• Being More Productive (2017) addresses her favourite subject – how to overcome procrastination.
• Clearing Your Clutter (2018) explains how to shift habits as well as clutter.
Coaching with Juliet:
Juliet’s aim is not only to help you to get things done – at work, at home or while studying – but also to develop skills that boost confidence, motivation and wellbeing. She offers a portfolio of services including:
* Productivity coaching to overcome procrastination and perfectionism
* Study skills coaching to boost learning and prepare for exams
* Virtual organising to shift habits as well as clutter in your home or workplace
* Group workshops for students and parents, online or in person
* Bespoke training and expert talks in community or corporate settings
Consultation and fees
An initial one-hour coaching session (online or by phone) is £150 for full-time students/unwaged or £200 for adults
Follow-up standard sessions (60 mins) are £125 for students or £175 for adults.
Mini sessions (30 mins) are £100 for students and £125 for adults.
Discounted rates are available for pre-paid packages of six sessions. Clients funded by Access to Work are welcome.
