About Free2BMe Therapy Services:

Free2BMe Therapy Services provides counselling, coaching, clinical supervision and training across the UK for ADHD adults, parents/carers and partners, and professionals working with ADHD.

Our staff team of qualified, experienced counsellors, coaches and trainers are all neurodivergent and many of us are also ADHD diagnosed ourselves. We are passionate about providing neurodiversity affirmative support that works with your brain and your needs as an ADHDer.

We also love to educate and support professionals and organisations working with or employing ADHDers. We can provide bespoke training for teams and workplaces, and we also provide open access online courses for counsellors and mental health professionals working with ADHD. and other neurodivergences such as autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia.

ADHD coaching:

£60-75 per session.

Sessions with our qualified, experienced ADHD Coaches can help you develop strategies for work, study, home or parenting that really work with your ADHD brain and your needs. Our coaches understand that we need a different approach and that neurotypical strategies are unlikely to be successful for us.

Some of our coaches can also work with parents/carers/partners and couples to help you understand ADHD, develop communication and coping strategies and improve your relationships with the ADHDers in your life.

We also provide Access to Work coaching for those in receipt of government grants, and we can work with employers and occupational health/EAP providers.

Counselling:

£55-75/hr

Counselling/Psychotherapy sessions with one of our qualified, experienced neurodivergent therapists is available from £55/hr. We offer short, medium and long term or open-ended therapy options. We have therapists across the UK, online and face to face options are available depending on location and availability.

We also offer initial assessments for those accessing counselling/psychotherapy for the first time, or if you feel you need longer term support, which helps us to understand you and your needs well before placing you with one of our therapists. Initial assessments are £110 and are 90 mins, and will usually take place online via Zoom.
